DELIVERING GOODNESS

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Good Doll. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We currently deliver across the globe. We have tied up with reliable logistics partners such as Bluedart and DTDC that ensure reliable and hassle free deliveries across India. For international shipments, we have tied up with DHL Express.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Typically, we take 2-3 working days to dispatch your order and then the logistics partners will take an additional 2-3 working days to deliver at your location. Some points to note:

  • We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays.
  • If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at care@thegooddoll.in, mentioning your order reference number and a picture of the tampered package.
  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email at care@thegooddoll.in with your order number.
  • In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you. In such a case, we would request you to confirm in writing to us that you have not received the product. However, The Good Gifts’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding to you and you shall not be entitled to raise any claims in that regard.
