Shipping Policy

Every doll at The Good Doll is handcrafted by women artisans in The Nilgiris, so a little extra care goes into getting your order ready and out the door. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery Timelines We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take a little longer. Delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
  • Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹100, shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional handling fee of ₹30.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and WhatsApp/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from your account on thegooddoll.in.

Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, festive-season volumes, courier disruptions, or reasons beyond our control. We'll keep you updated and do our best to get your doll to you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refused delivery, we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, write to us at care@thegooddoll.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
